We’re looking for freelance event service staff to support our Event Management team!
About the position
You’ll be on-site when events are happening, welcoming the clients, making sure the event space is well set-up, ensuring that catering is taken care of, technical equipment is available and set-up, and that the bar staff are ready.
You’re available for client questions and requests.
You’ll work in a team and will fulfil different roles during different events.
your QualIFICATIONS
You’re customer service oriented
Experience in Gastronomy or Catering is a plus
You’re able to talk to event clients in a professional, polite, and welcoming manner
You speak English and (at least basic) German
You can deal with stressful situations & you’re a good multi-tasker
You’re flexible in your availability and can work both hours during the week, as well as in the weekend
You have a team-spirit
