Through Leadership Coaching we will analyse current pain points, uncover hidden dilemmas and bring more clarity into your daily leadership routines. As a coach, I support entrepreneurs on their way to form their individual leadership philosophy and moving heavy rocks out of the way.

About the Event Holder

Katherina is a business psychologist and leadership enthusiast. Having worked in various organisational environments from corporates to startups, she has a deep understanding of organisational structures, processes and organisational psychology. Through her educational and professional career she has lived in Germany, Indonesia and Malaysia as well as leading projects in Ecuador and Lebanon. Those experiences sparkled her passion about culture and communication same as it boosted her entrepreneurial skill-set.

Today, she is a trainer and coach specializing in leadership to enable founders and team leads to level-up their teams and take on healthy growth within their startups.

Only one session per person – if you would like to continue working with your coach, this will be on individual agreement.

If you need to cancel, please have the courtesy to email your coach 24 hours before session, if possible.
